Pre-press, post-press and regulatory: three checkpoints for a label, one assistant. The system measures the difference; AI Grafik Asistanı explains it.
The PDF approved by the customer is compared with the production file prepared by the printer: a single label or an imposition. In an imposition every label is checked one by one; if one of eight differs, it is named by position.
The operator scans the printed label; the system compares it with the approved PDF. Wrong job, missing or altered content is caught before the label goes on the product.
Mandatory information is read and compared with the sector rule set: is it present, is it correct, is it large enough. Missing or undersized items are flagged.
Whether something has shifted or a colour has changed is not decided by the AI; it is measured. AI Grafik Asistanı explains what the measured difference is and whether it matters. It never calls something it could not measure clean; it says uncertain and leaves the check to you.
The approved PDF and the production PDF; on the line, a scan of the printed label. No installation, no download; it runs in the browser.
Files are aligned and difference regions found. Shift is measured in millimetres and direction, colour difference as ΔE, and the colour’s definition is read from the file (spot name, tint, CMYK); in an imposition every label is separated one by one.
One sentence for every measured region: what, where, how it changed. Regions where it sees no difference are reported too; not counted, but kept in the report.
The label with frames, every difference on its own card, in under 30 seconds. Downloads as a single HTML file; it depends on no one.
A single letter, a single dot, a lost ™; language independent.
Direction and amount to 0.1 mm; areas shifting together are one block.
The colour’s name is read from the file: PANTONE 2995 C 80% → 100%, or a hand-defined colour in place of the spot. Not "a bit darker" — the definition.
Missing bars, thickness differences, block shift.
The odd one out of eight labels, by position: row 1, label 4. Several designs and page order do not matter; every production label is matched to its own design.
Mandatory information and letter height; measured in millimetres.
Files are deleted from the server after the check; only report data is kept. The connection is encrypted.
The pre-press operator checks the approved file against the production file in seconds instead of minutes; the single odd label in an imposition is not missed.
On the labelling line the operator scans the printed label; filling with the wrong label stops before it starts. Which line, which label, when it was checked: all on record.
In revision rounds, a measured list of differences instead of comparing by eye to answer "what changed".
Send us an approved PDF and a production file; we will run the check together. No installation, no download; it runs in the browser.
